Terms and Condition
Welcome to A&Z Studio Booth! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Photos
A&Z Studio Booth reserves the right to use photos and videos captured during the client’s event for advertising, promotional, or portfolio purposes.
2. Booking and Payment
A 50% down payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be settled before the event date.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes in schedule. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the down payment.
4. Event Timing & Overtime
A&Z Studio Booth will strictly follow the agreed booking time.
Any idle time during the event (when the booth is paused or not in use) will incur ₱500 per 30 minutes.
Overtime will be charged at ₱1,500 per hour.
5. Reprints
Reprints requested by guests or the client are not allowed.
6. Additional Charges
Any additional costs such as electricity, corkage, parking, or venue fees will be shouldered by the client. Transportation fees are not included and depend on the event location.
7. Layouts
Photo layouts will be sent within 1 week after the event.
8. Damage & Liability
Clients are responsible for any malicious damage to the photobooth caused by guests. In case of technical issues (printer, laptop, camera), A&Z Studio Booth will replace the lost time, and the client agrees to extend the booking accordingly.
9. Force Majeure
A&Z Studio Booth reserves the right to discontinue service due to unforeseen circumstances, including earthquakes, typhoons, pandemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, or civil disorder.
10. Event Cooperation
Clients must provide safe and accessible space for setup.
